We are committed to rigorous measurement and transparent reporting. Every statistic represents a young person whose life has been changed by mentoring.
Average attendance rate (%) over 12 months of mentoring
Reoffending rate (%) — program participants vs control group
Percentage of young people served across our three program streams
Our outcome data is collected through pre- and post-program surveys administered to participants, school staff, and youth justice workers. Attendance data is sourced directly from partner schools' student management systems. Reoffending rates are tracked in collaboration with state youth justice agencies over a 12-month follow-up period. All data is de-identified and aggregated for reporting.
Our measurement framework aligns with the Australian Student Wellbeing Framework and draws on validated instruments including the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) and the Child and Youth Resilience Measure (CYRM).
