Our programs are designed for students in Years 5–12 who may be experiencing challenges with behaviour, motivation, engagement, self-esteem, or social connection. We work with:

Our programs deliver measurable improvements across the metrics that matter most to school leadership.
Students in our programs show significant improvement in school attendance and punctuality over the program term.
Reduction in suspensions, classroom disruptions, and behavioural incidents through mentoring and self-regulation tools.
Students develop stronger motivation, connection to school, and willingness to participate in learning and extracurricular activities.
Young people build emotional resilience, self-esteem, and the confidence to face challenges both in and outside school.
Students develop leadership qualities, empathy, and the ability to positively influence their peers and school community.
Trained mentors provide consistent, positive role models that many students may not have access to outside of school.
We meet with your leadership team to understand your school's needs, student cohort, and goals for the program.
Together we select the right program (Iron Bounce, Iron Champions, L.E.A.D, Huddle, or Unstoppable) based on your students' needs and year levels.
Our trained mentors deliver weekly sessions on-site at your school. Sessions run for 1 hour and combine active learning, sport, and mentoring.
We provide regular progress reports and meet with your wellbeing team to review outcomes and adjust the program as needed.
The safety and wellbeing of young people is our highest priority. All Iron Armour mentors and staff meet rigorous safeguarding standards.

We keep it simple. Here's what your school needs to provide to get the program running.
A room, hall, or outdoor area where sessions can be held safely each week.
Your wellbeing team identifies and refers students who would benefit from the program.
A designated staff member (e.g., wellbeing coordinator) to coordinate logistics and communication.
Distribution and collection of parent/guardian consent forms for participating students.
A consistent weekly time slot during school hours for program delivery.
Participation in regular check-ins and end-of-term reviews to assess program impact.
Program costs vary depending on the type of program, number of sessions, student cohort size, and your school's location. We work with schools to find a solution that fits your budget — including options for government-funded and community-supported placements.
